Location and price...and the lady at the front desk in the mornings! She was very pleasant and friendly....overnight clerk on Tuesday night NOT SO MUCH!! Kids LOVED THE EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN POOL!!!

The staff was excellent and the price was very reasonable for a holiday weekend (4th of July). The room (263) was very clean - even cleaner than other higher hotel brands I’ve stayed in before. The only thing I’d knock them on regarding the room was that the weather stripping on the room door needed repair. I let management know and they added it to their maintenance list right in front of me which also impressed me. This little hotel is perfect for an overnight or weekend getaway to the coast.

Housekeeping was very knowledgeable when I needed info on why there were no comforters on the bed. Everything was really clean in my room and dusted . I've stayed at other locations and they were not half as clean or friendly as this one.

the location was great, close to beaches and downtown. Rooms were comfortable and staff were excellent. very helpful and friendly.defunately recommend if you want a nice clean budget Motel.

Next time make sure that the rooms are swept real good cuz when we walked in they were still send in the room but other than that everything was good

honestly I have no complaints for the price.. it’s clean, the area is quiet and the room is by far very clean. the people who work here have great attitudes and are very helpful.. I wish I found this place days ago when I was staying in a roach infested hotel that was the same price!

Property was well lit and felt safe. Rooms were clean. locations was close to fishing spots, restaurants and grocery stores. Pool was very well maintained and clean.
